Key highlights
In November, AHS Recycle added a net increase of one self-operated standard store and seven franchise standard stores. By leveraging the service capabilities of its full-time door-to-door teams alongside part-time door-to-door services, the Company is advancing the nationwide development of its fulfillment capacity.
ATRenew released its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, reporting total net revenue of RMB 5.15 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 27.1%, which reached the high end of the guidance. The revenue growth was primarily driven by an increase in product revenue, achieved through value enhancement along the complete industry chain and a higher proportion of direct-to-consumer retail. In the third quarter, non-GAAP operating profit was RMB 140 million, up 34.9% year-on-year, while non-GAAP net profit reached RMB 110 million, marking a year-on-year increase of 22.3%. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of AHS stores nationwide stood at 2,195, reflecting solid performance growth and enhanced capabilities across the business.
AHS Recycle partnered with Beijing Tongzhou Wanda Plaza, along with sustainable green collaborators such as JD Supermarket, JD Pets, JD Beauty, and TetraPak China, as well as public welfare organizations including JD Qinglv, Meituan Qingshan, and Tencent Public Welfare, to jointly host a "Carbon Reduction Carnival." During the event, awareness of carbon reduction actions was promoted to 308,000 consumers, encouraging over 31,000 residents in Beijing's Tongzhou District to engage in environmentally friendly recycling with disposals totaled more than 604,000 times, creating reuse value for over 1,500 tons of recyclable materials.
The Shanghai Supply Chain Development and Promotion Association released the list of outstanding supply chain cases and leaders in Shanghai for 2025. Xuefeng Chen, founder, chairman, and CEO of ATRenew, was honored as the "2025 Shanghai Supply Chain Innovation and Application Leader." During the same period, the Harvard Business Review 2025 Management Annual Conference was held in Beijing. ATRenew stood out among over 200 participating enterprises with its showcase "Reshaping the Secondhand Industry with Digital Intelligence: The Model Innovation of ATRenew" and received the prestigious "Ram Charan Management Practice Award" for Excellence.
CCTV's "News Live" program visited ATRenew's South China (Dongguan) Automated Operations Center. Through a live broadcast showcasing the entire quality inspection process, the program introduced ATRenew's industry-leading automated secondhand phone processing system to Chinese audience.
